Similar to the 2008 recession, an economic downturn resulting from the pandemic may lead to an increase in legal malpractice claims. Not surprisingly, the uptick in claims would likely impact certain practice areas, including bankruptcy. The speakers will discuss current and anticipated trends in legal malpractice claims specific to bankruptcy law, and share tips on spotting the issues and avoiding the traps.
