In the January 2016 issue of In Brief, in “PLF Coverage for Marijuana-Related Claims,” we incorrectly referred to the “Cole Memo” as being issued by the Department of Justice (DOJ) in 2012. The “Cole Memo” was issued by the DOJ on August 29, 2013. The memo can be found here.  We regret the error.
