How to Access Court Updates Related to COVID-19

The courts issue frequent updates about changing policies in response to COVID-19. Be sure to go directly to the source to verify you have the most updated information.
 

Oregon Courts


The Oregon Judicial Department (OJD) website has a list of current statewide judicial orders and information regarding COVID-19. These orders apply to the Oregon Supreme Court, Oregon Court of Appeals, Oregon Tax Court, and the circuit courts in every Oregon county.
 
    1. Oregon Supreme Court and Court of Appeals. Go to the Oregon Appellate Courts website where you will find additional updates about the Oregon Supreme Court and Court of Appeals at the top of the home page.

    2. Oregon Tax Court. Go to the website where you will find additional updates at the top of the home page.
       
    3. Oregon Circuit Courts. Go to each particular circuit court’s website, as they may have more policies and requests in addition to those set forth by Chief Justice Martha Walters. You can find each circuit court’s official website on the OJD home page under "Find a Court."

      Note: Circuit courts don't update their websites all at the same time or with the same frequency. If you do not see an expected notice on a particular court's website, or if you are uncertain whether the information shown on the website is current, please contact the administrator for that court.
